The Adizes Methodology

As the only Adizes Methodology Licensee in the UK, we have seen so many businesses completely transformed that it inspired us to structured our overall approach around these foundation principles. If you are not familiar with it, The Adizes Methodology is an internationally recognised system for diagnosing organisational potential, problems solving and accelerating change. This methodology has been successfully applied to businesses of all sizes by the Licensees of the Adizes Institute since 1975.

At its foundation is the fundamental working principle that all organisations – like living organisms – have a lifecycle and exhibit predictable and repetitive patterns of behaviour as they grow and age. At each new stage of development, every organisation is faced with a unique set of challenges. How well or poorly these issues are addressed and necessary changes made determine the success or failure of that organisation.
